I know it’s been like a week since I saw the movie SuperBad and since I saw the cast on tv the other night I decided to look at some clips from the movie and I found this interview with Jonah Hill on the Conan show and it’s really funny…so I figured I’d share it. Since I’m at work I really had to hold in my laughter.

I had this really interesting album review I wrote about, but it’ll have to wait. It feels like I haven’t written in a long long time. When you’re a blogger, a week is definitely a long time to not update. Nothing has really been going on with me… I’ve been updating my fitness site more often and if you haven’t already, you should check it out. Glen and I are taking a vacation over to the west coast mid week and it should be fun, with pictures to follow. The end of the month is not very far and not much is changing with me… but hopefully in the near future. We’ll see!

Did anyone watch the Teen Choice awards last night? I caught it on a whim because there wasn’t anything to watch and I can’t believe that I watched the whole thing. I didn’t really like Avril’s performance, she looked really weird too. And apparently High School Musical is very very popular among the teen folk. I feel like renting it just to see what the fuss is about. Dane Cook ruled with his cursing on camera in front of a bunch of adolescents twice! And I wish McLovin from Superbad shouted ‘I am Mclovin!’ That kid totally made the movie.

Speaking of movies, I watched Zodiac the over the weekend and it totally freaked me out! It was like 2 1/2 hours long but I actually wanted to know who this guy was. Can you believe that the case isn’t closed after all those years? It freaked me out so much that I had a nightmare.

Every now and then I write about something that’s a bit more personal than the usual video posting and whatnot on my site.  As you know this site is my personal site so I’m entitled.  Anyway, I was just thinking about the way I are am.  I know life has changed for me and I can say that it’s been different 5 years ago.  I never thought I’d be in the place where I am now looking back and it’s crazy.  I’ve always craved stability in my life and now I feel like that it’s coming together slowly but surely.  I’ve noticed though how closed minded I’ve been when it comes to meeting people down here because I do have trust issues.  Even keeping in touch with people back where I used to live is kind of different now.  I never hear from anyone really and I come to realize everyone has their own group of friends, while I just have my network of friends of 1 (my bf).  Sure, my myspace has 173-something friends but it’s just a list of people you know, not your ‘real’ network.  You know, the people you have on your MyFaves or your shopping/workout/drinking buddies.  I don’t really sweat that much anymore because I’m really about what I’m doing now and it makes me happy.  I’m too busy being an online nerd and maybe somehow people will come around that I can call a ‘real, there for you’ friend.

Just wanted to get that off my chest.

I was checking out TMZ.com and saw this post about Heidi & Spencer and how Heidi has an upcoming album coming out.  The couple was on some radio show and leaked a clip of one of her songs. Check it out here. I totally can’t hear Heidi’s vocals so I can’t say if she can really sing or not, and after listening to the rap part a few times, I guess it may really be Spencer. The song is titled “Body Language” and is just a clip.

Ugh, Spencer’s freakishly big smile is creepy.
